Check in at the kiosk 15 minutes before your time of departure. The kiosk is directly in front of the Albert memorial, by the bus terminus, opposite the town church. 3 hour car parking is available on the Albert Pier. Once you have checked in at the kiosk make your way to our pontoon at the end of the Albert pier.

IF YOU MISS THE VESSEL BECAUSE YOU ARE LATE THEN NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR DELAY AND RESCHEDULE TRIPS WITHOUT WARNING FOR LOGISTICAL OR COMMERCIAL REASONS UP TO 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE

| Cancellations : |
| If we cancel due to weather or logistical reasons, then we will try to reschedule or give a 100% refund. This does happen from time to time so please bear with us. If you cancel for any reason then the decision to give refunds is at our discretion. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before sailing. |

| YOUR RESPONSIBILITY- IMPORTANT |
| You must inform the skipper of any material fact, including medical conditions or disabilities, which may affect the skipper's decision to carry you as a passenger.Your personal belongings are carried entirely at your own risk.
You must not board whilst intoxicated in any form. You are responsible for your conduct and for your children. |

| The sea is a dangerous and ever changing environment and all adventurous activities carry certain risks which cannot be ignored. |

| To the fullest extent permissible by Law, we therefore do not accept any liability for death, personal injury, loss and/or damage howsoever arising. |

| Boarding : |
| The vessel needs to leave on time so if you are late your ticket will be void. When the vessel comes into berth the crew will call you onto the vessel and assist you with embarkation. |

| Be sure to board the vessel named on your ticket! |

| Clothing : |
| Please dress appropriately, take warm clothing at any time of year as it is often cooler at sea. A waterproof jacket is advisable. We can provide a limited number of jackets. Cameras etc are welcome but are taken aboard at your own risk. Do not leave valuables in your back pocket as they have a habit of falling over the side. |
